Shipping policy

We ship only to NYS DOCCS correctional facilities.

WHEN ORDERS SHIP
- Most orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM ET ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM ship the next business day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM Friday, Saturday or Sunday, or on a holiday ship the next business day.
- Orders containing perishable items (meat, seafood, cheese, fresh produce) ship Monday through Wednesday only.

DELIVERY
Most packages arrive within 1–3 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping times and product availability may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

SHIPPING COST
Shipping is based on the weight of your order and is calculated at checkout.

TRACKING
You will receive an email when your order ships, with a tracking number, and a delivery confirmation once it arrives at the facility. Once tracking shows a package was delivered to the facility, Loaded Goods is not responsible for how or when the facility delivers it to your loved one.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If an item is unavailable, we will replace it with a similar DOCCS-approved item of equal or greater value. If no suitable replacement is available, we will refund that item. If you do not want substitutions, please say so in the order notes at checkout.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
- Enter your loved one's full name and DIN exactly as shown on the DOCCS Incarcerated Lookup.
- Confirm their current facility before every order.
- DOCCS allows up to 3 food packages per month, with a combined weight of no more than 40 pounds. Packages count by the date they arrive at the facility. Please make sure your order will not put your loved one over the limit.
