Shipping policy
Anticipated delivery to New York facilities is approximately 2 days from the shipping date, NOT the order placement date.
*Packages that include perishables only ship out Monday through Wednesday with 2 day shipping.
All orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00pm are shipped the same day.
All orders placed after 3:00pm will be shipped the following day.
All orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday and Saturday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Shipping and product availability is subject to delays.
Tracking and delivery confirmation will be provided via email.
Once shipped you will receive a notice and confirmation of delivery. If any items are out of stock you will be notified.
Return Policy
Loaded Goods takes pride in providing high-quality products and services. We generally do not accept returns unless the issue is a result of an error on our part. Loaded Goods reserves the right to approve or deny a return.
Rejected Packages
Food items declined by the facility are not eligible for refund or exchange. If non-food packages are refused and returned to Loaded Goods for reasons such as incorrect information provided to Loaded Goods, an inmate's ineligibility to receive packages, or an inmate's transfer to another facility, and you wish to have your package reshipped, an additional shipping fee is required upon the acceptance of your request to reship.
Loaded Goods assumes no responsibility for circumstances resulting in the refusal or delay of packages, leading to the spoilage of perishable items. Such situations may include:
- Mail room delays
- Carrier delays
- Inmates being absent for court appearances
- Loss of package room privileges for the inmate
- Conditions preventing package delivery to the inmate
- Exceeding the allowable package limit by the inmate
- Inmate transfers to another facility
- Inmate refusal of the package
Exchanges
Loaded Goods generally does not accept exchanges.
