Most orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 PM ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. Orders with meat, seafood, cheese, or fresh produce ship Monday through Wednesday only. Facility mailrooms don't process packages on weekends, and fresh items have a limited time to be delivered, so we never let them sit over a weekend.

Look up your loved one on the DOCCS Incarcerated Lookup. Their DIN and current facility are listed there. Please check before every order, since people are sometimes moved.

Every item in our store is checked against DOCCS Directive #4911 before it ships. However, each facility applies the rules differently, and those decisions are out of our control. Items denied by a facility are not eligible for a refund or credit. If we ever ship an item that doesn't follow the directive, we'll refund that item.

Yes. DOCCS allows each person up to 3 food packages per month, with a combined weight of no more than 40 pounds. Packages count by the date they arrive at the facility, not the date you order. Packages over the limit are denied, so check with your loved one about other packages they're expecting this month before you order. People in reception, SHU, or on package restriction may not be able to receive food packages at all.
