Our online store shows only part of what we can get. If your loved one wants something you don't see, tell us and we'll get it for you.

How it works

1. Fill out the form below with the item name, brand, size, and quantity.
2. We check that it's allowed under NYS DOCCS package rules and get it ready for you.
3. We reply within 1 business day with the price and a link to order.

All items must follow DOCCS Directive #4911 (no glass, cans, frozen food, etc.). If something isn't allowed, we'll suggest a close alternative.
