Visit one of the websites of your choice below. Browse and select the items you wish to purchase for your loved one. Be sure to select the PICKUP option. Loaded Goods will only pick up from the locations listed below. Kindly ensure that you are ordering from the correct location.

Complete Payment 

You will then proceed to checkout on the store of your choice website using the form(s) of payment that store accepts. Please list the pick up person as Loaded Goods. 

Pay Service Fee 

Loaded Goods will only pick up your order after our service fee and your shipping fee has been paid in full. We accept Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Venmo.

Complete Curbside Order Form 

Fill out our curbside pickup form. After Loaded Goods confirms your form completion and service payment, we'll pick up your order. The chosen store will then email you a confirmation that Loaded Goods collected your order. Forward this confirmation and order invoice to Loaded Goods Email with your loved one's full DIN number in the email subject. Provide accurate email and phone details for tracking information and prompt communication in case of issues.

PICKUP TIMES: Monday- Wednesday only with any pickup time before 3pm

 

Please Note any orders with pickup times after 3pm will be picked up the following business day. 

* Perishables only ship out Monday- Wednesday for 2 day shipping 

Once orders are picked up they will be shipped out the same day or the next day. Tracking numbers will be provided via email. 

**Important Note:**

Loaded Goods is responsible for picking up and directly shipping to the specified correctional facility in your order. However, we are not accountable for any errors or issues caused by your actions or your chosen store's curbside pickup service. If there are errors in your order, please communicate directly with your store's customer service for resolution.
